Body Work If you have any muscular problems of the body, I also specialize in Bodywork to reduce pain, correct posture and to improve performance and mobility.

Feeding The Spirit I work holistically, and just as we need to feed our bodies and our minds, we often forget our spirit. Building what we love into our lives really does fill us up to do everything else better, and yet we often put those things off for a rainy day that never ever comes.
